Ok enough is enough – I need to start winning some games!
I played this Friday Night against Geoff and his Salamanders… and once again I found myself on the losing end as the game finished. I think the final score was 7 to 5 (we did a combination Kill Points + Objective mission).
That said this was the first time I played at Game Kastle and they have a decent set of terrain. It’s not as nice as Endgame… but what is?
We put together possibly the most crowded terrain board I have ever playing on! My Land Raider was literally unable to pass between certain buildings. Unfortunately I started with him just WAY too far out of position.
In retrospect I know what I would have done differently, but as they say… hindsight and all.
Either way playing Geoff is always alot of fun and his new list was pretty awesome to play against. I wish I hadn’t sold him that command squad…
Anyway – good game Geoff! I look forward to our rematch!

It was of course a really fun game. The outcome was very much in doubt right up until the last couple of turns. I could think of a few things that I would have done differently if I were you, but the Ruinous Powers are fickle with their gifts. Until next time heretic.
